Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport and a form of self defence that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique. Extensively used in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the most realistic form of self defence you can learn and allows you to calmly take control of a fight situation. The benefits of BJJ are vast and will touch every aspect of your life.
